Location Issues
Locations has conflicting, unclear and duplicated information in
- There is a database table called classLocations. It has been explained this table lists the LIUNA Id's for each location that must be included when a course is grant funded. The list below is created using the exact same fields currently in the data base. There are currently 159 active entries in this table. There are 64 inactive entries for a total of 223 entries.
- There are two additional tables one called trainingSiteInfo and siteINFO each has only one entry.
- The site info table information is now what is being called Program... there are only two WA & Utah. Needed to be able to accurately store and retrieve information specific to either WA or Utah programs.
- trainingSiteInfo Table has only one entry. I am told that the currently each NWLETT training location has been assigned a number which is used for courses. The information is as follows. Kingston = 1, Pasco = 3, Utah = 4, Spokane = 5, Satsop = 6, and Des Moines = 8; This really should be a data base table so information can be consistently restored and retrieved.
- With this information in mind I am listing two tables below for maintaining these records. Both will tie in when an installment of a course is scheduled.
