Stipends

Once a course has passed it's end date the course will be moved to this page for users to complete any administrative work.
The Course roster will pull courses with active status first. Once a class past the two year mark it's status will automatically be changed to inactive, if staff has not already done so.
On the the completed course detail page will have the status drop down for staff to change status.
