Page Functions
- Allow for management of Applicants and Apprentices
- This page will only show those on the apprentice and applicant list
- A laborer record is created under the member tab where the laborer is assigned to a list
- From this above list view you can open the record details where actions specifically related to an apprentice or applicant can be created, edited and updated.
- NOTE: The "Standing" field is the new field name for "Lab Status". The term status was used several places in the existing application with different meanings in each. Standing means the individuals standing within the Apprentice Program.
- The choices for standing are: Active, Graduated, Suspended, Terminated, Unknown
Columns
- The fields chosen for the above list view are intended to be the priority fields needed at a glance for all apprentices. This is a recommendation. The fields can be REVISED before the backend code is written.
- All of the member information, as wall as recording/crediting hours, education, delinquent letters, and comments can be found on the detail page which is accessed by clicking the "+" in the "Open" column.
- From this view a user can sort and filter the list in a variety of ways. Columns can be hidden, Sets of individual records can be grouped and displayed for copying, printing or exporting for reports.
